M+M Brownies

Brownies:

• 1/3 c. margarine
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/3 c. honey
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. flour
• 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa

Topping:

• 1 c. nuts
• 3/4 c. oats
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. coconut
• 1/3 c. margarine (melted)
• 1 c. M+Ms

Cream margarine and sugar together. Blend in honey, vanilla, and then eggs. Mix flour and cocoa separately, then add to mixture. Pour into greased 10“ x 7” pan.

For topping, mix nuts, oats, brown sugar, coconut together, then add melted margarine. Mix well and spread on brownie mixture. Top with M+Ms – press into dough slightly.

Cook @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.
