Hasty Chocolate Pudding

• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 2 oz Bittersweet Chocolate - chopped
• 3 cups milk
• 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

1. Whisk dry ingredients in microwave safe bowl.Whisk in milk a little at a time so there are no dry lumps
2. Place in microwave and cook on high for 4 min. then stir. Cook for an additional 5 min., stirring after 2,4,5 minutes
3. Stir in vanilla.
4. Cover with plastic wrap directly on surface and chill. Serve cold.

Serves: 4        Total cook time: 9 min.
