====== Hasty Chocolate Pudding ======

  * 3/4 cup white sugar
  * 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  * 1/4 cup cornstarch
  * 2 oz Bittersweet Chocolate - chopped
  * 3 cups milk
  * 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

  - Whisk dry ingredients in microwave safe bowl.Whisk in milk a little at a time so there are no dry lumps
  - Place in microwave and cook on high for 4 min. then stir. Cook for an additional 5 min., stirring after 2,4,5 minutes
  - Stir in vanilla.
  - Cover with plastic wrap directly on surface and chill. Serve cold.
