====== Dorie's Chocolate Chip Cookies ======
  * 120 g flour
  * 45 g WW flour
  * 3/8 t baking soda
  * 1/8 t nutmeg
  * 1/8 t corriander
  * 4 oz butter
  * 100 g sugar
  * 75 g brown sugar
  * 1/2 t sea salt
  * 1 egg
  * 1 t vanilla
  * 5 oz chocolate, slightly chopped

  - preheat oven to 375
  - whisk flours, baking soda, spices
  - beat butter, sugars, salt for ~3 minutes
  - add egg and vanilla
  - add flour, then chocolate chips
  - divide and bake for ~15 minutes
