====== Blue Cheese Salad Dressing ======

  *1/2 c olive oil
  *1 clove garlic
  *1/3 c rice wine vinegar
  *1/4 c buttermilk
  *1/4 c sour cream
  *1 heaping tbsp mayo
  *about 4oz or more blue cheese

Puree' all ingredients with hand blender-reserve some cheese to chunk in if desired. Add ground pepper to taste.
